Our ISO 14001 Certification Journey

We’re proud to announce that Sirius Manufacturing Group has officially achieved ISO 14001 certification, accredited by NQA. This international standard reflects our commitment to strong environmental management practices and responsible manufacturing.

Why It Matters

As a supplier to sustainability-focused industries, aligning with our customers’ environmental values is essential. ISO 14001 helps us formalise that commitment through measurable actions, ensuring we reduce our environmental impact while improving operational efficiency.

The Journey to Certification

Our journey began with a gap analysis to assess where we stood against the standard. From there, we initiated several improvement projects that are now part of our culture, including:

• Upgrading waste management
• Using recyclable materials
• Managing energy consumption
• Transitioning to an all-electric company car fleet
• Investing in energy-efficient machines across our sites

We also developed a strong internal framework with policies and procedures, environmental objectives, and staff training to ensure long-term success.

Led by Ali Zavery, our General Manager, we conducted internal audits and worked across all departments to ensure accountability. We’re committed to transparency, regularly sharing our progress with stakeholders and maintaining high standards across the group.

This certification is part of our wider group objective. We’ll continue to uphold and improve our environmental practices, supporting a greener, more responsible future for our team, customers, and communities.
